Thank you for shopping with Project R109. We want you to be confident in your purchase, and we’ve outlined our return policy below.

Personalized & Custom Engraved Items

All items that have been customized or engraved with a name or other personalized text are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because these products are made specifically for you, all sales of personalized items are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error caused by us.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we engrave exactly what is submitted.

Non-Personalized Items

Items purchased without custom engraving or personalization may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet all of the following conditions:


  • The item is new, unused, and unmarked.
  • The item is returned in its original condition.
  • The item includes all original packaging, if applicable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
